We know it can be annoying and frustrating when trying to view properties with hoards of others looking on Saturdays, so we will try to make arrangements for you view properties during the week.

We understand that when you find a property you love, waiting for your application to be approved can be frustrating. Here at Rental Works we promise to advise you on the outcome, whether you have been approved or not, 24 hours after your application has been received, but please be aware that overseas owners do sometimes take a little bit longer to get back to us because of the time difference.

Once we've found your ideal property, we aim to keep you just as happy as your landlord. We give you direct access to your property's manager, so you know who is accountable and you can be certain that all calls and correspondence will be responded to quickly.
In the event that your property requires some maintenance, Rental Works has access to a team of fully licensed tradespeople who can quickly and efficiently solve any problems that arise.
